Transfer:Rakitic ready to leave Barcelona

Barcelona midfielder, Ivan Rakitic is likely to depart is current club after his agent Mikel, comfirmed the exit talk on his Twitter page.

He wrote on the site Seurat tweet (Twitter) in which he said, "time to go", hours after Barca announce the signing of Portuguese Andre Gomes from Valencia for five seasons.
 
 With the transfer of  Gomes, Barcelona now have  nine players contending for shirt in the midfield,Barcelona become so bound to intensify competition  in the starting line-up for the Catalan team.

It had been announced months ago for the start of negotiations to renew a contract with Barcelona Rakitic, which ends in the summer of 2019, but without progress.

It is known that Rakitic, 28, joined Barca in 2014 and was a key element in coach Luis Enrique lineup for the past two seasons.
