Transfer:Carlos Bacca reaches an agreement with West Ham
West Ham United are in final stage of bringing Carlos Bacca to the English Premier League, according to report AC Milan are ready to let go the attacker.
Earlier on Tuesday it reported that preliminary negotiations between the agent and West Ham for the Transfer stopped due to failure to agree on personal terms.
According to the same source the club returned to improve the presentation of the Colombian star and now the two parties close to reaching an agreement.
