Messi sentenced to 21 months in prison

Lionel Messi and his father were sentenced to 21 months in jail for tax fraud.

 Spanish justice accuses the Argentine striker to have avoided the payment of EUR 4.16 million to the Spanish tax authorities in respect of profits from his image rights between 2007 and 2009.
