Euro 2016:Ronaldo confident of Euro glory
Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is trying to think positively before Euro final next Sunday, against the host country France, in his statements to the media on Friday.
He said: "Winning the euro means a lot, i have won everything individually and
at club level and therefore achieve the championship with Portugal
would be a great achievement, and it is possible, we must think in a
positive way because I think you will edit a first championship with
Portugal this Sunday."
"We are ready and we will certainly be a tough team, no one has
achieved to beat us in this tournament, so we hope not to win France on
us, despite the fact that they have a great team and are playing very
well, in my opinion, is the favorite to win more than us where you play
at home and this is a big advantage."
He added: "It is a unique mixed with a feeling of great joy, because I
always want you to repeat the 2004 final and will play this Sunday's
second final with Portugal.
Always take lessons from the defeats and the loss of Euro 2004 were not
a bad experience on a personal level because I was 18 years old. "
