Super Eagle out of contract coach Stephen Okechukwu Keshi have lost the favor of the Nigeria football supporters who are now calling for his immediate removal as the head coach following a shocking lost to Sudan on Saturday.

Keshi should not be honoured with a place on the Super Eagles bench on Wednesday in the reverse fixture after toying with the emotions of over 100 million football loving Nigerians through his unnecessary arrogance, unguarded and sometimes insulting utterances as well as questionable invitation of players,” said the Guild’s President, Tony Ubani, in a statement on Sunday.

Brazil 2014 was a tough one for Keshi  and  very controversial due to his final 23 man selection to the World cup, many believed Keshi selection his an error by dropping some key players in the squad  some players that can make difference in the team  Ejike Uzoenyi and Sunday Mba are the two most talked about but keshi insist on his final selection.

On 25 June 2014, Keshi's Nigeria progressed to the knockout stage of 2014 World Cup. They started the tournament with a 0-0 draw against Iran many condemned Keshi tactics and believed Iran should be the easiest team for Eagle in the group  followed by a controversial 1-0 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the match Stephen Keshi once again announced his resignation as Super Eagles coach but later reversed the decision after the Nigerian Football Federation renewed his contract. However, he claimed to have lost interest in continuing the job, following the breakdown of negotiations.

Many Nigerians believed Keshi contract should not have been renewed because he never showed interest in it again and some people believed that he accepted the new contract because South Africa failed to sign him then he ran back to Nigeria although there are no proves that he has gone to South Africa for any contract.

Stephen Keshi who failed to win any match yet for Nigeria in the African cup of Nations Qualifier, He lost his first match in the campaign against Congo following a draw against South Africa and a second lost against Sudan.

Nigeria move to the bottom of the group  with South Africa topping the group with 7 point,Congo sitting second position with 6 point, Sudan above Nigeria with 3 point and Nigeria sitting last with just 1 point from 3 games.

Nigeria coach Keshi refused to call Ikechukwu Uche, he said he can't be begging players to play for the country because they never beg him to play during his own time as a player and no journalist should ask him about Uche again this was before the shock lost to Sudan.

Stephen Keshi is a good coach but he is never a good manager, Keshi lacks management quality he always have problem with his players not only as a Nigeria Coach but also when he manages Togo he have the same problem with Adebayor.

Many have called for the Nigeria coach to be Fired which am 100% in support of it because Keshi have lost the dressing room.

“We  want the NFF not to re-open contract extension talks with Keshi who seems to have lost the motivation to take the Super Eagles beyond where he has taken the team,”~ Ubani
