22 year old Argentine goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is set to make his
Champions League debut for Arsenal against Anderlecht in the Group D
clash on Wednesday (22nd October). First choice goalkeeper Wojciech
Szczesny is suspended for the game and his back up David Ospina will
miss out through injury.
Arsenal trained at their London Colney base on Tuesday (21st October)
ahead of their Champions League Group D game away to Belgian side
Anderlecht.
Arsene Wenger's side suffered a 2-0 defeat to Dortmund in their opening Champions League fixture this season before thrashing Galatasaray 4-1 in their second match of the campaign.
First choice goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is suspended for the Anderlecht trip after being sent off against Galatasaray.
With his back up David Ospina out injured, the 22 year old Argentine goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is set to make his Champions League debut for the Gunners.
Theo Walcott trained with the squad and may make his first senior appearance in Belgium since rupturing his knee ligament last January.
Aaron Ramsey, Mikel Arteta and Jack Wilshere also trained and are available to face Anderlecht.
