West Bromwich Albion defeat Burnley 4-0 at the Hawthorns

West Bromwich Albion defeat Burnley 4-0 at the Hawthorns on their English Premier League fixture on Sunday (September 28).

Burnley Manager Sean Dyche said they were disappointed in the performance. He said Burnley  never got going from the first whistle and they cant afford to be doing  that as far as the  Premier League is concerned.

"Credit to West Brom, I thought they played some really good football. We knew they had four midfielders, rather than wide men and trying to get their full backs out. They rotated well and we just didn't deal with it. Obviously we had to make changes but that is why you have a squad, you want players to come in and deliver performances and it is a squad game in the Premier League." Sean Dyche
Sean Dyche also said what happened in the match was a reality that is all it is, He said he work with the players in training, they  work on the mentality of it as well. they  need one to go in.

"The one at the end there it was blocked by a body and then (ben) Foster has made a couple of decent saves and you think that that would be a start - to nick a goal back. We have got to keep working, it is as simple as that. It is relentless, the games are going to keep coming, they are not going to go away."
West Bromwich Albion Manager Alan Irvine said he will not  going to get carried away, they  played three games during the week and they have very good performances in the three games with a  good results.

"the moment that you get carried away in this game then it comes back and bites you. We will keep working hard, we will try and keep sure we are as well prepared for every game as we possibly can. With the group of players then there is no doubt that they will continue to improve." Alan Irvine said during a press conference.

Alan Irvine also said that  Burnley  have had a really good start to the Premier League in terms of the defensive side of things and in particular nobody has been able to carve them open like they did to them on Sunday. Alan Irvine watches three Burnley natches and they never concede a goal in those matches so they are very good in defensive aspect.
" The players moved the ball really well. We played really sharply and we passed it well and our movement was really good and when we got players in between them we got turned, which is really important." Alan Irvine
