Standard Liege threw away a two goal lead to draw 2-2 with Lierse in the Belgium's Jupiler Pro League on Sunday (28th September).
Standard took the lead when Jelle Van Damme's looping header from outside the area caught out Lierse 'keeper Boban Bajkovic.
Van Damme picked up the corner flag as he celebrated, which earned him a yellow card.
The defender scored his second in first half injury time when he touched in from a corner, he went over to the corner flag again, but resisted the temptation to repeat his celebration.
Lierse got themselves back into the match in the 68th minute when a long ball caught out Laurent Ciman and Pierre-Yves Ngawa pounced.
Eiji Kawashima pulled off a brilliant reaction save to deny Alhassane Keita from a corner in the 89th minute.
The Japanese international was less than convincing from the resultant corner as he failed to gather and Greek striker Apostolos Vellios headed in to seal a 2-2 draw.
