Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon prepare for the visit of Chelsea in
Group G of the UEFA Champions League
Marco Silva put his Sporting players through a light traning sesson in Alcochete on Monday, ahead of their Champions League Group G encounter with Chelsea.
The group is finely poised - in the first round of matches Porto scored first against Maribor of Slovenia, only to concede a stoppage-time equaliser.
Chelsea led at home against Schalke 04, but couldn't put the German side away and also drew 1-1.
On paper at least, Jose Mourinho's Chelsea have the star names and depth of squad and will be favourites to win the match.
Sporting, in contrast, have little experience at this level, but are unlikely to be a walkover - they are unbeaten in their last 16 European home games and have won the last three home games against English clubs without conceding a goal.
