Federico Fernandez : My Dream is to play In Premiership

 Swansea City and Argentina defender Federico Fernandez talks  about his move to the English Premier League.

Fernandez said he wanted to be in the Premier League to play. And after the World Cup, Swansea were interested in him and so there was a relationship between Napoli and Swansea and they agreed to sign him.


The Argentina defender said when he was in  Napoli they saw Swansea as a club that love to play with the ball a lot, it very nice to be with the taem now he said.

 He talked with his team-mates about the Premier League and with Rafa Benitez  and they told him that Swansea play very good football

"We knew each other for a week in Napoli and he told me it was a very nice city, very good team-mates and the club is a family one which is good. I'm now here. These are things that are very positive for one."

He also recognized the quality of  his new coach Gary Monk he said Gary is young but he has very clear ideas about what he wants which is important - and the message that he passes on to the players in every training session. 


On 20 August 2014, it was announced that Fernandez had signed for Premier League side Swansea City on a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee
